STZINC provides a custom commerce platform for cargo securement products, including direct catalog purchasing, Build My Setup guidance, quote review, freight help, account pricing, and support routing.
Site content, product information, setup guidance, and support responses help buyers make operational decisions, but they do not replace the buyer's responsibility to confirm product suitability, legal compliance, working-load limit requirements, installation method, inspection duty, and safe use for the actual application.
Accounts & Orders
By using the site, creating an account, submitting a form, or placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and current company, contact, billing, shipping, product, tax, payment, and account information.
You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity submitted through your account or company purchasing workflow. STZINC may suspend or restrict access when account use appears inaccurate, unauthorized, abusive, or inconsistent with these terms.
Submitting an order, quote request, freight request, wholesale application, or support request does not guarantee acceptance. STZINC may review, correct, adjust, delay, split, cancel, or decline a request before acceptance or release when availability, pricing, freight handling, payment status, account context, product suitability, or submitted information changes the correct fulfillment path.
Pricing & Payment
Published pricing, stock status, discounts, shipping estimates, taxes, lead times, and product availability are provided for commerce workflow clarity and may require correction before order acceptance, payment request, or release.
Payment must be authorized through the available checkout, quote, invoice, or approved account process before release unless STZINC has expressly approved different written payment terms for the account or transaction. Use the published Payment & Security page when official bank-payment instructions, order-number matching, or payment recovery need review.
Wholesale pricing, fleet pricing, credit terms, purchase order terms, tax exemptions, and special commercial terms apply only when STZINC has reviewed and accepted them. If an accepted quote, purchase order, invoice, or other commercial document contains additional governing terms, those terms may apply to that transaction together with these terms, the visible policy pages, and applicable law.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping method, parcel eligibility, freight handling, receiving obligations, delivery access, estimated timing, delay handling, cancellation review, offline credit handling, and shipment release are governed together with the published Shipping & Delivery page.
Buyers are responsible for accurate ship-to details, receiving contact information, site access requirements, dock or liftgate needs, appointment restrictions, cross-border customs, brokerage, import paperwork, buyer-of-record context where applicable, and prompt shipment inspection after delivery.
Returns & Warranty
Return review, 30-day unused stocked-item eligibility, RMA handling, customer-paid non-defect return freight, restocking or exception review, offline credit handling, warranty review, warranty exclusions, safety handling, and post-purchase support are governed together with the published Returns & Warranty page and any product-specific warranty terms shown or accepted for the transaction.
Products that are freight-managed, custom, cut, special-order, used, installed, modified, overloaded, damaged, missing required tags or records, or applied outside their intended use may be final sale, review-only, or ineligible for standard return or warranty handling.
Liability & Indemnity
To the extent allowed by applicable law, STZINC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, business-interruption, lost-profit, or similar losses arising from site use, order delay, shipment issue, product misuse, improper installation, wrong application, or inaccurate information supplied by the buyer.
To the extent allowed by applicable law, STZINC's responsibility for a product or transaction is limited to the remedies available for the accepted order, applicable product warranty, and mandatory legal rights that cannot be excluded or limited.
You agree to indemnify and hold STZINC harmless from claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of products, violation of these terms, unlawful site use, inaccurate submitted information, unauthorized account activity, or failure to follow applicable securement, safety, receiving, return, or warranty obligations.
Intellectual Property
The STZINC site, brand elements, page layouts, product data, copy, images, graphics, and other site materials are owned by or licensed to STZINC unless another owner is identified. You may use them only for normal shopping, account, quote, freight, wholesale, or support activity on the site.
You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, resell, frame, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit site content, product data, or brand assets without written permission. Third-party product names, manufacturer marks, and related intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Governing Law
These terms and site use are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, unless a separate accepted written agreement states otherwise or mandatory law requires a different result.
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit rights, warranties, remedies, liabilities, or jurisdiction rules that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Changes to Terms
STZINC may update these terms by posting a revised version on the site. Changes apply to site use and transactions after the revised terms are posted, unless an accepted order document or applicable law requires a different treatment.
