Accepted payment methods
Checkout is bank-first and supports card or PayPal when the buyer selects those options. Each payment stays tied to the order number.
How checkout is protected
Checkout captures order, buyer, delivery, and selected payment method details over the protected storefront. Payment is complete only after STZ confirms it against the order record.
- Production checkout uses HTTPS/TLS so submitted checkout traffic is encrypted in transit.
- Card details are not entered or stored on STZINC.
- Credit-card orders continue to Stripe Checkout and show the surcharge before submission where permitted.
- Official payment instructions should reference the order number.
- Do not use payment instructions from an unrelated email, text, or message thread; contact support if the destination does not match the order context.
- STZINC does not request gift cards, crypto, personal accounts, or unsupported payment channels for site orders.
- Payment state is updated from verified bank, Stripe, or accounting records; screenshots are not accepted as proof.
Before payment is requested
Payment should not be the first place a buyer discovers that an order needs review. Product mix, quantity, tax, parcel shipping, and known blockers should be settled first.
- Use standard checkout when the order is cart-ready and parcel-ready.
- Use freight help before payment instructions when oversized, palletized, dock-sensitive, or appointment-led delivery details need confirmation.
- Use quote or account help when bulk, substitution, approval, special pricing, or account-term questions are not settled.
Credit-card surcharge
Credit-card orders may include the disclosed processing surcharge shown at checkout where permitted. Bank and PayPal routes remain available without that card surcharge, and restricted-region orders do not show it unless STZ confirms the rule applies.
Payment errors and recovery
Delayed bank or Stripe confirmation, duplicate attempts, missing memo details, or interrupted checkout should stay attached to the same cart or order context.
- Retry from cart or checkout when the order was not recorded.
- Use Payment Support when bank or Stripe activity exists but STZINC order status is unclear.
- Keep one official support thread so recovery stays attached to the same order record.
- Include the order number, buyer email, approximate time, cart contents, payment method, and bank or Stripe reference when available.
Fraud, review, and order release
Fraud, security, account, or payment review can pause release when quantities, account terms, details, freight requirements, or bank references do not match the order record.
